Inside, guests have a private king bedroom, a comfortable living area, and a queen-sized La-Z-Boy sleeper sofa that may accommodate additional guests upon approval. The bedroom includes a wall-mounted Smart TV with cable and streaming capability, large mirrors, and a granite wrap-around desk. The living area gives guests a relaxed place to unwind after a day of whale watching, hiking, fishing, kayaking, or exploring Mendenhall Glacier.
The kitchenette is set up for simple meals and easy mornings. Confirmed features include a toaster oven, countertop cooking equipment, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and basic meal-prep supplies. The private bathroom area includes a luxury shower, separate toilet room, vanity area, and a dual washer/dryer for guest convenience.
This apartment is on the second floor, so guests must climb one set of stairs to reach the private exterior entrance. Once inside, the apartment is all on one level. Off-street parking is available.
