The apartment comfortably accommodates up to seven guests and is especially well suited for families and smaller groups. The space is priced for four guests, making it an appealing option for those traveling with a smaller party while still offering plenty of room when additional guests are needed.

One bedroom features a king bed and its own private half bathroom, while the other two bedrooms each have queen beds. A rollaway bed is also available for a seventh guest. The apartment includes an additional full bathroom, washer and dryer in a shared area, Roku TV, and the everyday essentials you’ll need for a comfortable stay.
The unique property design connects three separate dwelling units with a three-bay garage, so the apartments do not share walls. Free off-street parking is available, although garage parking is currently unavailable.

You’re approximately 3 miles from the Mendenhall Glacier, 2 miles from the airport, 6 miles from the Juneau Ferry Terminal, 4 miles from the University of Alaska, 10.5 miles from downtown Juneau, and 21 miles from Eaglecrest Ski Area. The city bus stop is about a 10-minute walk away, with a convenience store nearby.
For guests who want to explore on two wheels, two bikes are available to rent for $10 per bike per day or $50 per bike for longer stays. Tour discounts may also be available through the property manager.
Self-check-in makes late arrivals easy. You’ll receive your lockbox code a few days before arrival. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee.
Pets are welcome with approval and an applicable fee. Please inquire about monthly pet rates for longer stays.
