Located on the third floor of a three-story building, this southwest-facing apartment gives you beautiful water and mountain views from the living and dining areas, as well as from the private balcony. It's a comfortable place to relax after a day of exploring Southeast Alaska.
The apartment includes two bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed, along with a full bathroom, living room, dining area, and full kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an oven/range, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, cookware, and other essentials for preparing meals.
You'll also have a Smart TV for streaming, one designated parking space, and access to coin-operated laundry in the building.

The Boat House sits in a picturesque harbor setting with many local conveniences within walking distance. Forbidden Peak Brewery and the Squires business complex are directly across the street, offering restaurants, a sports bar, salon, second-hand shopping, and a laundromat.
Devil's Hideaway is next door and is a convenient option for burgers and hot wings. DeHart's convenience store, Fisherman's Bend dock and gas station, the post office, university, schools, and churches are also nearby.
