The airport is approximately 2.5 miles away, the University of Alaska is about 4.5 miles away, and the ferry terminal is approximately 6 miles away.
Self-check-in makes late arrivals easy. Your door code will be provided a few days before arrival. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for a fee depending on availability.
The common areas are cleaned regularly, approximately twice per month, but they may not have been cleaned immediately before your arrival. The condition of the home is that of a shared residence with roommates, rather than a hotel.
